We had this installed under the sink when we built our home. This is the second year of using and it’s going good. Just purchased our second set of filters. The last set were installed in February 2023. My husband just told me the water tasted funny. I forgot to set a reminder to replace. A year before replacement says a lot. I installed this in my 5th wheel camper as we live full time. Easy to install and works as advertised. That water tastes great. A couple months after I installed it I got a call from Don asking me how the install went and if I was happy with their product. Great customer service. We purchased one of these units last spring for our travel trailer. We were tired of buying water bottles when we traveled, and wanted to have a better solution. The unit was a breeze to install, and wwe loved the taste of the water. We recently upgraded out travel trailer so that we can spend more time on the road. The same day we got home, I ordered the Pure Drop water filtration system. If you are looking for a simple to install, compact system, I highly recommend the CUW4.

I like the small size and the low price, it was easy to install and use. It takes a little time to fill containers but I just put a pitcher down and let it fill up, easy!

This is a great package. It supplied an endless amount of clean water. Be warned, this is not the same as reverse osmosis. You still have to deal with mineral deposits on a weekly basis.
