Return policy

Returns within 30 Days:

To be eligible for a full refund, Customer must return the Product within 30 calendar days of purchase in the same condition that Customer received it (i.e., the Product has not been opened, is in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged in any way). An open box Product that is not “defective” and is returned within 30 days will be refunded for a full refund, but only if (a) all parts are included, (b) the Product is not damaged in any way, (c) the Product has not been used, and (d) the Product is otherwise in good working order when returned. If Seller does not receive the returned Product within such 30-day period, the “Out of Return Window Policy” applies (below). For “defective” Products, see the Defective Product Policy (below).

Out of Window Return Policy:

If the returned Product is in the same condition that Customer received it (i.e., the Product has not been opened, is in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged in any way), the following applies:

  • If returned between 1 to 3 months after purchase, Customer will receive an 85% refund.
  • If returned between 3 and 6 months after purchase, Customer will receive a 65% refund.
  • If returned between 6 and 12 months after purchase, Customer will receive a 50% refund.
  • If returned after 12 months after purchase, the Product is not eligible for a refund.

For open box Products that are not “defective”:

  • If returned between 1 to 3 months after purchase, Customer will receive a 70% refund.
  • If returned between 3 and 6 months after purchase, Customer will receive a 50% refund.
  • If returned after 6 months after purchase, the Product is not eligible for a refund.

As with open box items returned within the 30-day window, to be eligible for return, an open box item that is not defective and that is returned after 30 days must include all parts, not be damaged in any way, not be used, and otherwise be in good working order.

For all returns of Products, Customer is responsible for all costs of return, except as provided below.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Seller before a refund will be issued.

Defective Product Policy:

A “defective” Product is one that contains defaults in materials and workmanship not caused by improper installation, servicing, repairs or use.

If a Product delivered to Customer is defective, the defective Product will be eligible for return for a full refund after Seller’s inspection to confirm the Product is indeed defective. Please contact the Seller to provide a pre-paid shipping label for all returned defective Products.
