There was one important step left out of the instruction manual for installing replacement filters. TURN OFF THE WATER before attempting to release the cartridges.

These filters are really easy to replace. Just snap off the old and snap in the new . The thing I don’t like is having to waste some ten gallons of water before it becomes drinkable, but that goes with all filter technologies. At least with this I only have to do it once a year, given our usage.

We installed this four stage filtration system in our fifth wheel RV. It has been great for the two years we've been on the road. The filters are easy to change out and last the amount of time given by the manufacturer. I love that the unit is small and doesn't take up much room under the sink. We've moved around the country quite a bit and our water always tastes great! Highly recommend!!
