Great customer Service, Team member Nick

I originally wanted to order the RCC7AK but after speaking with customer service, they recommended this similar product by puredrop (the other tank wouldn't fit under the sink). Installation was very simple, I just watched a youtube video and followed along with the steps in the manual. I realized that this kit didn't come with the undersink bracket so I called and got team member Nick on the line. He sent me the two items I requested in a timely fashion. 10/10 I would buy again, my water tastes significantly better.

Great product and quick delivery

This product worked great for us. We have well water and have that awful sulfur smell. The RO system removed the smell with great tasting water with the use of the additional alkaline filter. The alkaline filter remineralizes the nutrients lost during the RO process. I would recommend this product.

Noisy and poor pressure UPDATED 04/05/2023

�I have had this since February and have reinstalled it three times because it loose pressure and makes a weird sound. The bottle doesn't seem to be leaking (pressure or water), but the system will have good pressure for a day and then return to a string of water. I had previous systems and have installed a good amount of these, but this one I don't know why is losing pressure. See included video

Don Huie from iSpring customer support contacted me a few days after the original review. We talk about the problem and walk me through a few checks. After that he determined my problem could be happening because of a faulty valve or a bad tank. He when ahead and send me those free of charge and even ask me if I wanted a new system, but I wanted to try the components first. Once I got the parts I changed them and everything is working fine now. No more noise and excellent pressure at the foster.

The PureDrop RTW5 is a multi-layered filter system that provides optimal protection against over 1,000 different types of contaminants, including arsenic, asbestos, chlorine, fluoride, lead, TDS,mercury, sodium, and more.

The UNDER SINK RO WATER FILTER SYSTEM consists of 5 different stages, each one designed to progressively remove contaminants and improve water quality:

  • 3 Pre-filters: PP sediment filter. Carbon KDF (GAC) filter. Carbon block (CTO) filter. They remove large contaminants and protect the RO membrane from chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.
  • The heart of the system is the Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter that removes contaminants down to 0.0001 microns – so small that only water molecules can squeeze through but virtually nothing else.
