Shipping Policy
In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipments are the purchaser's responsibility. Freight claims must be made immediately and directly to the freight carrier. Puredrop will help as much as possible in settling claims. Puredrop will not be held responsible for breakage or shortage after products are accepted by common carrier. All shipments must be inspected for damage and counted for shortages at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted immediately. Most packages will be shipped by UPS ground. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries, packages will be sent by USPS Priority Mail and the appropriate shipping rate will be applied. We offer free shipping on all orders to a single address within U.S. 48 continental states. With Super Saver Shipping, your order will be delivered 2 - 5 business days after all of your items are available to ship, including pre-order items. TAXES
Taxes are not included. Quoted prices are exclusive of all taxes. Purchaser shall be responsible for payment of all applicable state/local sales, use and/or gross receipts' taxes resulting from transactions with Puredrop, regardless of placement of liability for the tax by law. Orders shipped within Georgia are subject to applicable county tax rates unless a completed resellers' card or exempt certificate is on file.
