PDR-HW12 10 inches Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Housing - White | PureDrop

I purchased a PureDrop RTW5 unit new from Home Depot 2 years ago. Today as I entered the garage (location of the unit) I found it completely flooded and water running down my driveway to the street!!!!! My drywall and about 10' of baseboards are destroyed as well as multiple items on the garage floor. At first I thought a defective pipe connection or pipe leak, but discovered that the #2 cannister had its bottom blown out on its back side. I though to purchase a new cannister but after reading the other review horror stories where their new replacements burst as well... I'm done!!!

A few weeks ago, I heard a loud pop during the night. It was the housing for the bottom filter that burst open flooding the kitchen cabinet. I replaced the cartridge housing since then thinking this was just a one-in -million fluke type of a deal. However, just a few days ago the same thing happened to the other one, this time ruined the floor as i did not hear it pop, so it leaked for quite some time very fast dumping a lot of water and ruined my kitchen flooring this time. I am very frustrated since I cannot get a hold of someone on the phone. The number provided says to leave a message, I don't think it's a number affiliated with the company anymore. I need to get a refund not only for this system but another one I got later on, now with fear that this one eventually will burst as well.

For the past few weeks I have been going through some frustrating moments, I bought a replacement housing and the bottom of it broke, you can see in the picture, causing my house to flood everywhere, unfortunately the material that is being used perhaps needs to be reviewed because the rupture. I wrote to the company and was assisted by Laurence who said he was present and showed excellent customer service, it's was empathetic and acted by resending the replacements that were needed for the operation of my system. My family is very grateful to you for your empathy and great support Laurence, thank you very much.
