The customer service is excellent

Are use the filter system for drinking water in my home and it makes a huge difference in the taste. I purchased one for each of my two daughters and families as well.

Best quality and price!

Overall I am happy with this product but it comes with a few caveats. We have been using this for about 3 years and now my family refuses to drink water from any other source, taste is a definite strong point for this product.

GREAT PRICE & A HIGH QUALITY RO SYSTEM

If you are looking for the best RO system, at the best price, you do not need to look any further. I did extensive research and found the Puredrop RO system to be the best overall. It has the best price, wonderful support, and is a very well-made quality system.
The Puredrop RO system, which was easy to install with color coded water lines. So far everything is working fine and I really like the small compact tank, which gives me a lot more room for storage under the sink. There is no reason that I can see to have the larger tank for a family of two.

Multiple Protection

The multi-stage filtration system can gradually filter impurities in the water from large to small. The PureDrop RTW5AK-UV is a multi-stage Reverse Osmosis water filter that provides optimal protection against over 1,000 different types of contaminants, including arsenic, asbestos, chlorine, fluoride, lead, TDS,mercury, sodium, and more.

The UNDER SINK RO WATER FILTER SYSTEM consists of 7 different stages, each one designed to progressively remove contaminants and improve water quality:

  • 3 Pre-filters: PP sediment filter. Carbon KDF (GAC) filter. Carbon block (CTO) filter. They remove large contaminants and protect the RO membrane from chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.
  • The heart of the system is the Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter that removes contaminants down to 0.0001 microns – so small that only water molecules can squeeze through but virtually nothing else.
  • Fine GAC filter provides final polishing before the purified water is delivered to the faucet.
  • A smart flow sensor switch turns the UV unit on and off automatically with water flow, saving power, and lengthening the life of the UV lamp.
