Nice System!

We were upgrading a 10 year old system. Good Value and fairly easy to install. Start to finish was 1.5 hours not rushing. Be advised that if you want to hook up to an icemaker for your fridge/freezer an additional kit will be required. Registered the warranty online with Nick, very easily.

Installation was very simple, I just watched a youtube video and followed along with the steps in the manual. I realized that this kit didn't come with the undersink bracket so I called and got team member Nick on the line. He sent me the two items I requested in a timely fashion. 10/10 I would buy again, my water tastes significantly better.

The PureDrop RTW5U is a multi-layered UV Reverse Osmosis water filter that provides optimal protection against over 1,000 different types of contaminants, including arsenic, asbestos, chlorine, fluoride, lead, TDS,mercury, sodium, and more.

The UNDER SINK RO WATER FILTER SYSTEM consists of 6 different stages, each one designed to progressively remove contaminants and improve water quality:

  • 3 Pre-filters: PP sediment filter. Carbon KDF (GAC) filter. Carbon block (CTO) filter. They remove large contaminants and protect the RO membrane from chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.
  • The heart of the system is the Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter that removes contaminants down to 0.0001 microns – so small that only water molecules can squeeze through but virtually nothing else.
  • Fine GAC filter provides final polishing before the purified water is delivered to the faucet.
  • A smart flow sensor switch turns the UV unit on and off automatically with water flow, saving power, and lengthening the life of the UV lamp.
  • The end result is bottled-water quality, with no 'hardness' and no sodium.
  • The high-through put RTW5U membrane is rated for up to 50 gallons per day (GPD), ensuring that families of nearly any size will have plenty of clean drinking water available on demand.

Q: What's the PSI pressure for the tank?
